The right to privacy is enshrined in the American constitution. Nothing is more private than medical decisions related to a woman’s health and reproduction choices. This right was recognized and upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court for 70 years until 2021. The reversal of Roe v. Wade is a dangerous attack on all American rights that are rooted in past Supreme Court decisions.
